Management Rights • Management reserves the right to: • Refuse service to anyone. • Evict violators without refund. • Modify rules, regulations, and fees at any time. • Conduct background/credit checks for long- term guests. • Overcrowding will result in removal without refund. • A complete and final list of all guests must be submitted before check-in. No substitutions, switches, or additions are allowed after arrival. If someone listed is a no-show, no credit or adjustment will be provided. • M&M Outdoors, LLC is not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur on the property. • Alcohol is allowed in concealed containers only. For safety, do not bring glass items. Quiet Time: • 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. • Please be considerate of others. • No loud music at any time. Check-In / Check-Out: • Check-in is 2:00 PM • Check-out is 11:00 AM Speed Limit: Maximum speed limit: 7 mph at all times.

Sewer • A positive sewer seal is required on both ends of the sewer hose. • Alabama law requires sewer connectors/fasteners. Swimming • Swimming is not allowed. • Children: • Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times. • Parents are liable for their safety and behavior. • M&M Outdoors, LLC is not responsible for children left unsupervised. Trash: • Dumpster is for personal trash only. • All garbage must be bagged and tied; boxes broken down. • Do not leave trash outside by your RV or cabin. • Guests are responsible for disposing of their own trash. Firearms, Fireworks & Fires • No fireworks. • Do not place ashes in trash receptacles. • Conduct • Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, drugs, obscene language, disruptive, vulgar, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated. • Illegal drugs of any kind prohibited. • Violations result in immediate eviction without refund.

Sites • Sites must be kept clean and orderly (management discretion). • Washing vehicles may be restricted if excessive. • RVs must be kept clean and in good repair. • Guests may not construct or place outside storage units. Fishing: Pond fishing is catch-and-release only Fires: Charcoal and firewood not provided but available at local stores. Fires are allowed only in portable, covered fire pits (not on grass). Do not place ashes in trash bins. Cabins are strictly No Smoking: No smoking or vaping indoors. $500 cleaning fee if violated. Conduct & Safety No illegal drugs or underage drinking. Do not move furniture. Fees apply for unauthorized rearranging No loud music or parties after 10 PM.

Parking & Vehicles • Two vehicles per RV space. • Park in front or behind of RV, out of drives. • No unlicensed or inoperable vehicles allowed. • No major mechanical/long-term repairs permitted. Mail & Deliveries • M&M Outdoors, LLC does not accept mail or packages for guests. • Guests must use a local post office or general delivery.

Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk By entering and using the facilities at M&M Outdoors, LLC – RV Park & Cabin Rentals, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Inherent Risks You understand and accept that outdoor activities involve certain natural risks and hazards, including but not limited to:  Encounters with wildlife such as snakes, insects (including mosquitoes, ticks, and other biting/stinging insects), and other animals.  Natural terrain and environmental conditions which may cause accidents, falls, or injuries.  Risks associated with water features, campfires, hiking trails, and recreational activities. Assumption of Risk You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or damage to person or property while on the premises of M&M Outdoors, LLC, whether caused by natural conditions, other guests, or otherwise. M&M Outdoors, LLC is not responsible for any electrical components on RVs. 2. Release & Hold Harmless In consideration of being permitted to enter and use the facilities, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree to hold harmless M&M Outdoors, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or your guests while on the property. 3. Medical Treatment You authorize M&M Outdoors, LLC to secure medical treatment if necessary and agree to assume full responsibility for any related costs. 4. Responsibility for Minors & Pets Parents/guardians are solely responsible for the supervision, safety, and conduct of their children. Guests are solely responsible for their pets and any damages caused by them. Guest Acknowledgment By booking a reservation or entering the property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk.
